You can find Squigglies on Helmut's site:
http://www.saueregger.at/sudoku/
Not every day; Helmut alternates with X-Sudoku and Compass Sudoku. So, expect about two a week, and there are many years of archived puzzles.
On this site, the owner says he has run out of puzzles. We should perhaps suggest he just recycle those puzzles, starting from 2005 or whenever.

That would be good if he could just recycle them form an early date. I hope he is up to that.

If you go to Helmut's site:

and then use the calendar icon to go to 14 Feb 2018, you will find puzzles, including a Squiggly, that have a heart pattern for the initial clues.

Thank you. I did not hear back from Sam, but that's par for the course. I presume he is recycling old puzzles, but how on earth would you remember a puzzle you solved a decade ago?
