There's an ANP <136> at r4c12
If the ANP is true the 36 pair means r4c7 = 9, r5c9 = 6, r8c9 = 1 and r9c8 <> 1
OR
If the ANP is false then r2c1 = 9, r2c8 = 1 and r9c8 < > 1 |

Really nice ALS configuration worth a squint.
Yellow Set {8,9}
Pink Set {1,6,7,8,9}
Restricted common is 8
Common Candidate Eliminated is 9 (red) which is seen by both Yellow and Pink |
