I certainly agree that this was one of the most difficult ones just to get through the basics!

From the position posted by Arkietech the 356 XY-wing centered in r2c1 leads to the solution.

This will solve R9c1 and r9c2 as 2 and 6 resp.
That will make r3c3 2 as ...

This may be the "official" solution

XYZ 267 centered in r3c3 followed by a 467 XY wing centered in r3c7 followed by an X wing on 7 did it for me.

Don't know if all those steps are requ ...

The XY-wing 568 with pivot in R9C3 also leads to a one step solution.

The 148 XYZ wing with pivot in R8C7 will also solve it.

If you recognize the 235 triple in box 7 of Peter's diagram then only the 347 xy wing was needed.

I must have missed some easier way, but the way I solved it was certainly fun.
An X-wing on 3 and another on 7 unlocked a series of 3 XY-wings (147, 247, 249) to finally solve it.
It will be interes ...

The 389 xy-wing solved it for me.

The 378 xy-wing in box 5 Nataraj mentioned doesn't seem to do any thing for me.

I also found the xyz wing but it may not have been needed as I later found a 249 xy wing which didn't seem to depend on it. That cracked the puzzle.

I can't believe I'm the first to comment.

An X-wing on 9 followed by a 689 XY-wing solved it for me.
