After basics, this one was so nearly complete, I just chose a bivalue cell and assumed a value to see whether it lead to a contradiction (which it did) and accordingly filled in the other value... O.K ... |

As a matter of interest, the first thing I came across - which also solved the puzzle in one move - was a W-wing based on the 19's in C23 and eliminating the 9 in R6C3.
