you can either view this one stepper as a xy-chain or a w-wing, either way the 1's in r1c79 are removed and solves the puzzle. |

I may need to change the sequence I use to check for eliminations since I seemed to solve these puzzles via many step operations. In this case, I started with a finned x-wing that deleted the <1> in r1c9 but that did not solve the puzzle. (As noted by Norm, you also need to delete the <1> in r1c7.) I then proceeded to use a UR, coloring, a swordfish and finally an xy-wing to overcome this beast.
