Another fine VH/VH+ puzzle!
Basics was a long process involving the total puzzle including a quad. Afterwards, I took 4 1/2 steps counting a pincer transport as a half step.
See the following:
A type 1 UR on <38>
A type weasel UR on <48> (that is, a type 3 UR with a strong link on 4 in c3)
A w-wing on <69> with strong link on <9>, plus transport on <6>
Color on <9>
Fun afternoon .......

I had a Type 1 on 24 and 38, then Ted's "weasel" on 48, then a W-Wing on 69 finished it off. I didn't need a transport. |

Actually Marty, it was Nataraj that first suggested the name "weasel".
