After that first x-wing, there is a W-Wing (which can also be seen as an M-Wing):
Code: | +----------------+---------------+------------------+
| 1358 1358 9 | 4 7 15 | 2 16 1356 |
| 1235 135 4 | 6 123 8 | 7 19 1359 |
| 6 7 12 | 25 1239 129 | 135 8 4 |
+----------------+---------------+------------------+
| 13 2 5 | 9 16 4 | 8 7 136 |
| 1349 139 8 | 7 5 e126 | 134 1269 12369 |
| 149 6 7 | 8 f12 3 | 14 5 #19-2 |
+----------------+---------------+------------------+
| 7 4 12 |c25 69 69 |b15 3 8 |
| 2589 589 3 | 1 48 7 | 6 24 a25 |
| 1258 158 6 | 3 48 d25 | 9 #14-2 7 |
+----------------+---------------+------------------+ |
It is located at abcd: a and/or d must be <2>, eliminating <2> at r9c8. The pincer at d can be transported via e to f, eliminating <2> at r6c9. This solves the puzzle.
PS: I believe the second step in Norm's path is an X-Wing on 2. |
