I started with a Type 1 UR 12,
a chain: (6=2)r1c9 - (2)r1c7 = (2)r8c7 - (2=3)r7c8 - (3=6)r4c8; r4c9<>6,
x-wing on 9,
Bug+1 completes the task.

I wanted to avoid the UR. XYZ-Wing on 278, then Skyscraper and multi-coloring on 2, then Remote Pairs on 89 and W-Wing on 78. The skyscraper and multi-coloring might not have been needed since I found a locked candidate that probably would have eliminated the 2s. |
