nice type 1 UR {4,6} removes 4 and 6 from r7c1
after the dust...
then you can use the UR on {4,5} in r89c25 says that the strong link can be found on the 6 in r8c2 and the 9 in r9c5
UR45[(7)r9c5 = (6)r8c2] - (6=4)r7c3 - (4=7)r7c9; r9c7 <> 7
more dust has to settle.
w-wing {4,6} removes 4 from r4c2

I used an XY-Wing (476), Type 1 UR (46) and simple coloring (6).
