xyz-wing {5,6,7} removes 6 from r1c8
UR {3,9} r89c49: the UR is confined to the x-wing cells of candidate 3 except for the lonely 9 in r7c9... since r7c9 can't be anything other than 9, removing 1,8 from that cell finishes the puzzle. |

I treated the UR39 as a Type 4, thereby deleting the <9> from r89c9, which forced r7c9=9.
Next, I used a x-wing8 (which seems to have been unnecessary), and finished with xyz567.

Same as Norm, but in reverse order. First the Type 4 UR on 39 followed by the XYZ-Wing. |
