intersting UR pattern here on {4,6} r45c68
since the {4,6} candidates only exist in the floor cells, the house in which the roof cells are in only contain one other 4, and no other 6's. so in order to avoid the deadly pattern, r3c6 can only contain 4 and thus eliminating the 9.
also called a type 4 UR.
