1...ER 8 removes 8 from r3c8
...some singles.

2...UR{5,7} with x-wing overlay on 7 in r89c34 says that neither of the other 5's in column 3 or 4 can both be false.
this eliminates the 5's from r2c5 and r3c1.

3...leaves a w-wing {2,8} in columns 4 and 5 strong link on 2, removes 8 from r5c5 and r3c4
singles left.

I used a UR, couple of XY-Wings, coloring, XYZ-Wing and an ER on 2. That was the preliminary stuff, after which the ER on 8 blew it wide open.
