x-wing on 2 gets pretty far, to here...
Code: | .------------------.------------------.------------------.
| 1 3 8 | 2 5 4 | 7 9 6 |
| 5 4 7 | 8 9 6 | 3 1 2 |
| 2 6 9 |*13 7 *13 | 8 5 4 |
:------------------+------------------+------------------:
| 79 179 3 | 5 4 179 | 6 2 8 |
| 4 159 6 |*139 8 2 |*19 7 35 |
| 8 1579 2 | 6 13 *1379 |*19 4 35 |
:------------------+------------------+------------------:
| 6 79 5 | 4 13 139 | 2 8 17 |
| 79 2 4 | 19 6 8 | 5 3 17 |
| 3 8 1 | 7 2 5 | 4 6 9 |
'------------------'------------------'------------------' |
marked in the grid is a BUGlite pattern that cannot exist.
here...
Code: | +-------+---------+--------+
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
| . . . | 13 . 13 | . . . |
+-------+---------+--------+
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
| . . . | 39 . . | 19 . . |
| . . . | . . 39 | 19 . . |
+-------+---------+--------+
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
| . . . | . . . | . . . |
+-------+---------+--------+ |
in box 5, the 3 in r6c5 and the 9 in r4c6 can't both be false or the {3,9} candidates are forced to exist in the pattern cells.
BUGlite{139}[(9)r4c6 = (3)r6c5]
the chain can be formed...
BUGlite{139}[(9)r4c6 = (3)r6c5] - (3=1)r7c5 - (1=9)r8c4; r7c6 <> 9 |

Great fun, even though I took about triple the number of steps that were needed, ending with a W-Wing on 13. |
