Solution: Skyscraper in 2 eliminates the 2 in R5C3 and solves the puzzle.

Here's how I see it:
Take a look at C2 and B7. The 9 in B7 must be in C2, so the cell # is not 9. Then you have the XY-wing 79-17-19. R1C1 cannot be 9. The only possible 9 in R1 is R1C4, which solves the puzzle.

Ema,
You actually have a few more of the "basics" that would make your puzzle a little clearer. The two 9 in block 7 will eliminate the 9 from R1C2. This will make the xy wing in block 1 easier to see.
The 9s in block 6 eliminates the 9 in r6c5 but that doesn't make a difference in solving the puzzle. |
