This has a nice number of different ways to go or, after basics, a nice single shot for all the chain makers out there !

I performed basics twice to verity I had not messed up but on both occasions a simple ER on 9 with hinge in box8 and strong link in r3c58 completes the puzzle.

I guess a skyscraper 9 is a chain. Confused That is all that is needed.

Nice One Dan - didn't see that one. I was referring to an AIC which absolutely confirms that r1c9 must be 5 - plug in any of the other 3 candidates and 5 always results.
