XYZ-Wing 48 489(vertex) 49 eliminates the 4's in r7c78 solves the puzzle.

I have forgotten what it is called, but maybe it is the kite referred to above, but the strongly linked 4s in row 3 mean that r7c5 cannot be 4 (if it were then Box 9 has nowhere for a 4) I seem to remember somebody calling this some kind of rectangle???

Also a w-wing 48 removing 8's from r3c5 and r7c9 will solve the puzzle

The skyscraper on 4 is the simplest solution.

Or if you want to hit it with a sledgehammer you can go for a big colour wrap on 4 that eliminates r1c6, r3c9, r7c5 and r8c9!
