pretty nifty DP here.
the DP is the 13, 37, 17
across r78c367, it says that r7c3 cannot be 1 and 3 to avoid the DP.
IOW, r7c3 has to be a 5. |

Similar to a UR Type 1, your deduction could be called a BUG-Lite Type 1. A BUG-Lite Type 4 exists as well.

In all columns external to the uniqueness pattern, the only uniqueness digit that can kill the deadly pattern is r3c3=3.
[edit: "Type 4" was incorrectly stated to be "Type 2".]
