Rating - that's fighting talk where I come from! I admit to plenty of back and forth in SimpleSudoku to bag this beast... but it was fun looking for it
An almost-AIC, making use of potential grouped strong link on 5 in b5. The fin is clearly not true but one side of the contradiction supports this play.
Code: | Almost-AIC(1), fin (5)r6c5
AIC (1=5)r1c4 - r56c4=r56c6 - r7c6=(5-2)r7c5=r8c4 ; r8c4<>1
fin (5)r6c5 - (5=1)r1c5 - (16=2)r4c5 - r7c5=r8c4 ; r8c4<>1
- (5=4)r6c7 - (4=6)r4c7 -
