AXY-wing -469 vertex (69)r7c2, pincers (46)r1c2 & (49)r8c1 with fin (1)r1c2
IF xy-wing is true r23c1,r8c2<>4
If fin is true (1)r1c2-(1=2)r9c2-(2=7)r9c6-(7=4)r2c6; r2c1<>4
If fin is true (1-6)r1c2=(6-4)r3c1; r3c1<>4
Kite 7 hinge box8; r6c1<>7
xy-wing 14-9 vertex (14)r6c1; r78c2<>9
AXY-wing 12-9 vertex (12)r3c4 pincers (19)r3c5 & (29)r8c4 with fin (2)r3c5
If xy-wing is true plus transport: (9)r3c5-r2c5=(9)r2c1; r8c1<>9
If fin is true: (2)r3c5-r1c6=r9c6-(2=9)r8c4; r8c1<>4
An attempt at describe as a chain: [(9)r2c1=(9)r2c5-[(9)r3c5=(9)r8c4]xy-wing:(12-9)r3c45|r8c4] = (2)r3c5-r1c6=r9c6-(2=9)r8c4; r8c1<>4
