Very interesting puzzle to study single digit exclusions :
    X Wing (6)R17/c28 : r2568c28<>6

    Grouped Skyscraper or FX Wing (8)C35 : => r5c46<>8 -> r2c4<>8
    3-SIS X Chain or Turbot Fish : (8)C3B89 : => r5c9<>8

    Kite (9)R3C6 : => r5c9<>9
    Empty Rectangle (9)B8C3 : => r5c4<>9
    3-SIS X Chain or Turbot Fish : (9)B8C3C6 => r2c4<>9 => XY Wing (18-6), pivot at R1C6 : => r2c1<>6
    Finned Mutant Starfish (9)C36B389/r2579c9 + fin r8c7 : r5c7<>9
Note : the Turbot Fish on 9 with the following XY Wing (18-6) solve the puzzle.
