Yes. And you don't even have to explain it in the fancy way that someone_somewhere does. If you want more people to understand your guidance, this is a way to do it:

r1c6 must be a 9 (because c3 and c5 already have a 9)
r1c3 must be a 3 (because c5 already has a 3)
so r1c5 must be a 6, and you'll have no problem figuring out the rest
