Nice observation. Unfortunately, the BUG-Lite+4 isn't really required. Using three of the same strong inferences ...
(4=2)als:r3c124 - (2=4)r1c6 - (4)r9c6 = (4)r8c5 - (4)r8c2 = (4)r5c2 ==> r5c1<>4 |

Thanks for the comment, and in turn, nice observation yourself. For me, it was fortunate that I spotted the ADP since I did not, and probably would not, spot the als.
