Very interesting puzzle - there are so many 'hub' cells in r7 and b9 that make lots of interesting chains.. Here is one of them
Quote:
AIC (m-wing like); (5=6)r2c9 - r7c9=(6-2)r9c7=r6c7 - (2=5)r4c8 ; r5c9<>5

Very fun, interesting puzzles with lots of options.

Quote:
Type 1 UR(48)r13c47; r3c7<>48=1
xy-wing 25-9 vertex r4c5; r6c5,r8c4<>9

At this point, we have two choices:
Flightless xy-wing -345 plus transport: (3=5)r8c4-(5=4)r8c7-(4=8)r1c7-r3c9=r5c9-(8=3)r5c6; r5c4<>3, or
ANP(8=13)r79c6-(3=5)r8c4-(5=4)r8c7-(4=8)r1c7-r3c9=(8)r5c9; r5c6<>8

Two additional one step solutions are:
ANT(356=4)r278c9-(4=5)r8c7-r79c8=(5)r4c8; r5c9<>5

Kraken cell (345)r8c9; r9c8<>5
(3)r8c9-(3=6)r7c9-(6=5)r2c9-r5c9=(5)r4c8;
||
(4)r8c9-(4=5)r8c7;
||
(5)r8c9;

Ted

 # 57 eliminations remain

There is a <19> UR Type 1 in r17c12 that results in r7c3=5, but it isn't needed.

There is a <48> UR Type 1 in r13c47 that results in r3c7=1, and it has an overlapping UR as well.

There is a <18> UR Type ? in r36c79 that results in r3c79,r6c7<>8.

If we perform the last two URs concurrently, then r3c9=4 and r6c7=2 follow -- cracking the puzzle.

Note on the <18> UR: The only <1/8> candidates external to the UR in [c7] & [c9] are r1c7=8 & r5c9=8 ... and they see r3c9 & r6c7. This is sufficient to get the two eliminations needed from this UR.

this chain makes eliminations along the way

Code:
+-------------+----------------+-------------------+
| 19  19   6  | 48    3    5   | 48    7    2      |
| 4   2    8  | 7     1    9   | 6(5)  3    6(5)   |
| 3   7    5  | 48    6    2   | 148   9    -8(14) |
+-------------+----------------+-------------------+
| 8   49   49 | 1     25   6   | 3     25   7      |
| 2   6    1  | 35    7    38  | 9     4    (58)   |
| 5   3    7  | 29    289  4   | 128   6    -8(1)  |
+-------------+----------------+-------------------+
| 19  159  39 | 2356  4    138 | 7     258  356    |
| 6   8    2  | 359   59   7   | (45)  1    35(4)  |
| 7   145  34 | 2356  258  138 | 256   258  9      |
+-------------+----------------+-------------------+

(8=5)r5c9 - (5)r2c9 = (5)r2c7 - (5=4)r8c7 - (4)r8c9 = *(4-1)r3c9 = (1)r6c8; r3c9 and r6c9 <> 8

the chain could stop at r3c9 but it continues on to r6c9 also eliminating an8 there as well.
