A fun puzzle.......

Type 1 UR(89)r39c78; r3c8=4

AXY-wing 1-47 vertex (17)r5c2 pincers (14)r2c2 & (47)r6c1 with fin (3)r6c1
[xy-wing(147)=(3)r6c1]-(35=1)r6c54-r1c4=r2c5-(1=4)r2c2; r13c1,r6=2<>4

This brings us to the code
Code:
*-----------------------------------------------------------*
 |*39    8     14    | 156   35  @*3469  | 7    @69    2     |
 | 2     14    7     | 8     14   @69    | 5    @69    3     |
 |*39    6     5     |*39    7     2     | 8     4     1     |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 6     5     9     | 2     14    47    | 3     17    8     |
 | 8     17    13    | 16    9     367   | 4     2     5     |
 | 47    127   1234  | 15    35    8     | 6     17    9     |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 5     9     8     | 7     6     1     | 2     3     4     |
 | 47    247   24    |*39    8    *39    | 1     5     6     |
 | 1     3     6     | 4     2     5     | 9     8     7     |
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*

Notice the overlapping AURs (39)r138c146 marked * and AUR(69)r12c68 marked @. Both are a Type 1 pattern with provide the deletion r1c6<>39 and r1c6<>69 which makes r1c6=4 to complete the puzzle.

A one step solution using a standard pattern with extension....

Quote:
w-wing (17)r5c2,r6c8 SL (1)r2c25,r24c5,r4c58; r6c2<>7
plus transport (7)r5c2-r5c6=(7)r4c6; r4c7<>7

Note that the initial deletion in r6c3 is not fruitful, but the extension to make r4c7<>7 is a one stepper.......

Wing style... (again, sorry!)
Quote:
m-wing-like(47) "pseudocell" ; (4=1)r2c2-(1=7)r5c2 - r5c6=(7-4)r4c6=r4c5 ; r2c5<>4

I used Ted's pair of 17s as a flightless M-Wing with transport; r4c5<>1.
