A single stepper using a finned X wing on 8 in r17c59 clears r7c7. |

W-Wing 38 strong link 8 in col 7 eliminating 3 in r7c9 solves it.
There is also an XY-Wing 89 39 38 removing 8 in r7c5 which does it as well. |

I saw five moves, three of which were mentioned above. The other two are BUG+2 and Skyscraper (8). |

Although I haven't yet a total grasp of finned x-wings and w-wings, I do believe we can add three more moves due to variants. The 389 xy-wing can be played with the pivot at r7c7 eliminating 3 at r7c9 and r8c4. The finned x-wing on 8 can be played in columns with the fin at r8c9 eliminating 8 in r7c7. The w-wing on 38 can be played using the third 38 at r8c4 and the strong link on 3 in row 7 tp eliminate 8 in r8c9.
Marty, is the skyscraper related to the finned x-wings? |

I'm no theoretician, so as far as I'm concerned they're two separate moves, but maybe they're related in a way I'm unaware of. |
