I'm punting on this one.

Code:

| 139 19 7 | 6    23  5   | 124 48 128  |
+----------+--------------+-------------+
| 8   5  4 | 12   37  19  | 6   37 29   |

Marty, there is a nicely concealed w-wing(13) with r2c7 and r4c1 via a 3 strong link in b6. I think that gets most of the way.

Yes, the single W-Wing made it very difficult to get past the bottleneck.

Code:
 c29r6   Skyscraper                      <> 1    r2c1,r3c7
 r4c7    2-String Kite                   <> 7    r8c5

 +--------------------------------------------------------------+
 |  5     6     3     |  17    8     17    |  9     2     4     |
 |  4     7     8     |  5     9     2     | a13    6     13    |
 |  12    12    9     |  3     4     6     |  8     5     7     |
 |--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|
 | d13    8     5     |  9     237   4     |  2-1  c37    6     |
 |  6     4     2     |  78    1     378   | b37    9     5     |
 |  139   19    7     |  6     23    5     |  124   48    128   |
 |--------------------+--------------------+--------------------|
 |  8     5     4     |  12    37    19    |  6     37    29    |
 |  29    3     6     |  2478  5     789   |  247   1     289   |
 |  7     29    1     |  248   6     389   |  5     48    2389  |
 +--------------------------------------------------------------+
 # 48 eliminations remain

W-Wing    (1=3)r2c7 - r5c7 = r4c8 - (3=1)r4c1  =>  r4c7<>1
-or-
S-Wing    (1)r4c1 = r4c7 - (1=3)r2c7 - r5c7 = (3)r4c8  =>  r4c1<>3

 <78+4>  XY-Wing  r8c6/r8c7+r9c4         <> 4    r8c4,r9c8   equivalent
 <47+8>  XY-Wing  r8c7/r8c6+r9c8         <> 8    r8c9,r9c4

Although there are 22 bivalue cells, only <13>, <29> and <37> as equivalent bivalue cells that had any possibility of eliminations. Still, difficult!

Yes, that was extremely well concealed. Thanks.
