I started with a fun 6-cell AUR which was very effective, but not necessary since my second move was really a one stepper........

AUR(39)r158c123 external sis r3c2=3, r5c6=9, r9c2=9; r8c1<>9=3
(3)r3c2-(3=9)r2c1
