one step "almost" or a two stepper..

axy-wing(14-8) vertex (14)r5c1 with fin (1)r5c4; r6c56<>8
If fin is true: (1)r5c4-(1=8)r7c4-r7c2=(8)r6c2

or

Finned skyscraper (8)r67c2 with fin (8)r6c5; r5c4*,r9c6<>8
If fin is true: (8)r6c5*-r2c5=(8)r2c6

w-wing (18)r6c2|r7c4 sl (1)r5c14; r7c2<>8
