Same as Marty, though I think only the UR and 3x RPs are needed. Surely there must be some way of combining those (35) loops into some sort of impossible loop?

My solver needed intermediate basics to expose the successive RPs.

My organic squishy one too... but I tried to connect together all the (35) and almost-(35) cells into an "oddagon" impossible loop. Then using each non-35 digit as the start of a stream to make a common elimination...
It didn't work!
