XY-Wing 69 36 39 pivoted in r2c1 eliminates 9 in r4c4 solving it.
The Type 1 UR 15 solves the puzzle as well. |

I thought it was a Type 4 UR on 15.

R7c1 was a given. This was my post-basics grid. I also had the UR as a Type 1.
