This was one of those that offered numerous possibilities. W-Wings, as Clement noted, plus Coloring, Skyscrapers and XY-Chains. |

I was able to solve this puzzle by straight forward logic. I don't understand W-Wings , XYZ Wings and Pivots etc. Where can I find out about these please |

Also a 138 XY-Wing pivot r7c4 setting r9c4 and r4c5<>8 solves it. |

I hate to say this, since I am not too thrilled by UR solutions, but there is a type 3 UR on 39 which eliminates 1 in r3c5.
