XY-Wing (12) (25) (15) pivoted in r3c1 sets r3c3<>1 which solves it.

Also a couple others:
1. A variant on the 125 XY-Wing with pivot at r3c4 setting r1c2<>5.
2.A 128 XYZ-Wing with pivot at r3c3 setting r3c1<>2.
3.A W-Wing on 25 in r23 with strong link on 5 in either r1 or c7 setting r3c4 and r2c3<>2.
