Somewhat "extreme" move, perhaps not entirely justified by the "difficult" label - but the pattern on 3s just asked for it and it was fun Smile

Same target as Peter's, but a different pattern of 3s to get there:
(6)r4c2 = (6-3)r4c7 = r6c9 - r2c9 = (3-7)r2c3 =(7)r2c2; r4c2<>7
