It doesn't make any sense to me.
My solver finds a short chain for this elimination, but it includes the value <3>, which isn't in your syntax. |

I have now learned from tlanglet that can be written as follows:
Code: | (7=5)r3c9-(5)r4c9=(5-3)r4c7=(3)r2c7; r2c7<>7 |
