I used two XY-Wings:-
XY-Wing (24) (45) (25) pivoted in r4c8 sets r3c9<>2 leads to
XY-Wing (49) (19) (14) pivoted in r5c6 sets r3c4<>4 solves it.

My second step was an XYZ-Wing (145), pivoted in r6c6; r5c6<>1. A W-Wing on 24 also works as a first step.

My second step was a 159 xy-wing with pivot at r5c6 setting r7c5 and r6c6<>5.

After the 245 xy-wing, you can also use the BUG+1.
