XY-Wing 57 25 27 pivoted in r6c4; r4c2<>7 or the same pivoted in r4c6; r6c2<>5 solves it.
The XYZ-Wing 235 with apex in r4c4; r4c6<>2 solves it as well.
Also the W-Wing 23 with strong link 2 in col 6 setting r4c4<>3. |

Additionally, basics reduces the grid to a BUG+2 if one is interested in techniques that are not standard VH. |
