 Prior to that I had to find the 9s in column 6 locked in box 2; r1c4<>9. Then the 9s in row 1 were locked in box 3 to set r3c9<>9.

 i wonder if anyone would prefer to reduce these 3 moves into just 1 move -- a Swordfish !
