It can also be solved like this:

I used a Skyscraper on 3 and XY-Wings on 347 and 493 before I got to the W-Wing on 48. |

Another technique that results in r2c4<>4 is the "almost naked pair" in r2c13
anp(49=8)r2c13-(8)r8c3=(8)r8c4-(8=4)r7c4; r2c4<>4
If r1c3<>8, then naked pair (49)r2c13; r2c4<>4
If r1c3=8, then r8c3<>8, then r8c4=8, then r7c4=4; r2c4<>4
