I got stuck here... I really needed some tips on how to solve it without guessing...

| You've got a 57 pair in row 9 from which you can make a couple of eliminations. Then there's an X-Wing on 5 which may get you started. |

I really don't know if I'm stupid or something...
Again I got caught up in this position... 
I was only able to eliminate the 2s in row 4 and 5 of the 3rd column and then I got stuck again...
I really do not know how to look for clues... I tried those techniques taught on various sudoku tutorials to No avail, I really do not know what I'm doing wrong but it seems to me I always get stuck somewhere and its really really frustrating...

Ye2,
I suggest you get a copy of Sudoku Susser, which you can download for free. it is very good at explaining moves.
Here is what it says about your puzzle:

R4C9 is the only square in block 6 that can be <8>. |
After those two moves: | Quote: | R8C5 is the only square in column 5 that can be <7>.
R6C7 is the only square in column 7 that can be <2>. |
That solves the puzzle.

No, you're not stupid, you're new at it, as everyone was at one time. My advice is:
1) Work on your basics. It's not rocket science, it's a matter of carefully examining every row, column and box for pairs, triple, etc. and locked candidates, also known as box-line interactions. For example, in the puzzle above there is an 89 pair in column 5.
2) Continue to read about solving techniques on various sites.
3) Post your puzzles and ask questions here. I learned a tremendous amount here by asking questions and I'm sure others have too.

Hi YeZ,
You've mentioned that you're a new player, but I don't know what techniques you're familiar with. Are you familiar with Skyscrapers? I see one on 5 on your grid. |

Howdy Marty,
I'm a completely new player, just started playing Sudoku like almost a month now... I read a couple of Sudoku articles and has been applying them little by little in my game. The reason why I always post my stuck up game/s is for me to be able listen to some feedbacks from more experienced Sudoku players and will be able to determine technique I often missed...
I really don't know about these Skyscrapers...
Most of the time in difficult sudoku I...
> Often get lost.
> Run out of ideas on how to solve the game.

Skyscraper:
Strong links are when there are only two possibilities for a number in a row, column or box. Skyscrapers occur when there are parallel strong links in two rows or columns. They're not X-Wings because two of the halves of each pair of strong links share a column or row but the others don't.
Here's a typical skyscraper:

Play this puzzle online at the Daily Sudoku site
Assume there are no other 5s in columns 2 and 8. The 5s in columns 2 and 8 cannot both be in row 9 because that would involve duplicate numbers. Therefore there must be a 5 in either r1c2 or r2c8. Any cells that see both of those cells cannot be 5.
Now check your grid for 5s in rows 5 and 8 and see what can be eliminated. |

The Skyscrapers worked wonders in the previous puzzle, and because of that technique I was able to solve that puzzle...
