XY-Wing 139 pivoted in r4c3; r8c7<>1 solves it.
Also the W-Wing 13 with SL 1 in col 7; r4c3<>3. The Type 4 UR 28 in grid r48c12; r8c12<>2 does it as well. |

The UR is 28-28-238-238, so it can also be viewed as a Type 2, albeit with the identical eliminations. |
