Two steps for me
XYZ-Wing 457 hinged in r4c3; r5c3<>5 opens an
XY-Wing 139 pivoted in r1c4; r2c79<>9 which solves it.

There's also the XYX-Wing (456), pivoted in r5c3; r4c3<>4 which sets up the same XY-Wing.
