There's a Type 1 BUG-Lite that solves this one.
Code: | *-----------------------------------------------------------*

| 6 129 7 | 1234 1234 23 | 5 8 29 |
| 29 18 3 | 5 178 78 | 46 46 29 |
|-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
| 8 5 6 | 7 9 4 | 13 2 13 |
| 13 4 9 | 123 123 5 | 8 7 6 |
| 13 7 2 | 1368 138 368 | 9 5 4 |
|-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
| 29 269 8 | 2346 5 2367 | 467 139 13 |
| 7 3 1 | 9 48 68 | 2 46 5 |

M-Wing (68). The 6 in r8c6 proves 6 in r6c4. If r6c4<>8, then r1c4=8; r3c6<>8.
Dan, if it seems I'm picking on you, I'm not, but if anyone uses a lesser-known wing, such as L, H, S or whatever, a writeup of the technique in the Solving Techniques sub-forum would be appreciated, not just by me, but presumably others who read but don't often post. Thanks. |

Marty,
I don't mind "picking"
I want to learn and to get knowledge from nice people is difficult.
I don't keep track of forumn posts. I take notes. Here are my notes on m and h wings:
Code: | M-Wing 3-SIS using bivalue(XY), bilocation(Y), and bilocation(X)
H-wing 3-SIS using bivalue(XY), bilocation(Y), and bilocation(Z)

Dan, I'm hardly in a position to tell you or anyone else what they've done right or wrong on techniques that are new to me. While I appreciate the effort, I am unable to learn from diagrams. But as I mentioned, the effort is appreciated. |
