No one else seemed interested in this puzzle. I found an interesting pattern.

Code after basics;
Code:
 *--------------------------------------------------------------------*
 | 789    4      6      | 25     235    235    | 1      789    79     |
 | 179    127    127    | 4      8      6      | 3      579    2579   |
 | 5      3      28     | 7      1      9      | 28     4      6      |
 |----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
 | 2      5      78     | 9      6      48     | 47     3      1      |
 | 1378   178    9      | 12     23     48     | 6      57     457    |
 | 4      6      13     | 15     7      35     | 9      2      8      |
 |----------------------+----------------------+----------------------|
 | 6      9      25     | 8      4      7      | 25     1      3      |
 | 78     278    24578  | 3      9      1      | 24578  6      247    |
 | 1378   178    13478  | 6      25     25     | 478    789    479    |
 *--------------------------------------------------------------------*

Almost SdC(24578)r8c123
ab=(47)r8c9
cd=(25)r7c3
e=(8)r8c123
fin=(2)r8c9-(2=78)r8c21; r8c7<>7, r8c7,r9c123<>8
fin=(2)r8c9-r2c9=r3c7-(2=8)r3c3-(8=7)r4c3-(7=4)r4c7; r8c7<>4

A bi-cell network solution:
Code:
r7c3=2 -> r8c23<>2         ->
          r3c3=8 -> r3c7=2 -> r8c9=2 ->
                 -> r4c3=7 -> r4c7=4 -> r8c3=4
r7c3=5 ->                            => r8c3<>5
