This puzzle has so many bivalue pairs that I did not bother to look for some patterns. I was hopeful about a productive AUR but no luck. An axy-wings did the deed........

axy-wing(89-1)r9c2+r8c1|r9c8=(8)r9c8-(8=3)r3c8-(3=2)r3c1-r79c1=(2-5)r9c3=r9c1; r9c1<>1

Why not a bi-location solution?
Code:
r1c1=3 -> r9c1=5
r1c8=3 -> r9c8=1 => r9c1<>1

I am still working on your solution. This one gives the same result.

SudoQ,

I am not aware of the "bi-location" technique and I was not able to find it on Sudopedia either. Please expand on this method.

Beautiful Exclamation

I have never actually seen a posted puzzle with a jellyfish before. In fact, I never looked for a jellyfish in this puzzle but I did analyze the finned swordfish(8)r239c258 with fin (8)r7c8.The fin can be transported:
(8)r7c8-r7c6=r9c6; r9c1<>8 and
(8)r7c8-r8c79=r8c1-r5c1=r5c3-r2c3=r2c7; r1c79, r3c9<>7

This provides the identical deletions as the jellyfish.

I used the 89 W-Wing in boxes 79, which exposed an XY-Wing on 238 pivoted in r3c1. With pincer transport, r8c1<>8.
