I have to use three steps
Hidden UR 67 in r56c18; r6c8<>7. Opens an x-wing on 2 in row 58; r2c5<>2, r6c7<>2 which is followed by
An XY-Wing 27 29 79 pivoted in r8c7 r5c8<>7.

I used the 35 UR in boxes 28. R2c45=2 or r7c5=9; common outcome r3c8=6.
