Code after basics:
Code: | *--------------------------------------------------*
| 24 9 5 | 6 8 1 | 23 7 234 |
| 6 1 7 | 3 2 4 | 9 5 8 |
| 8 234 23 | 7 9 5 | 126 16 124 |
|----------------+----------------+----------------|
| 1 36 368 | 9 4 7 | 38 2 5 |
| 5 23 4 | 128 6 238 | 7 13 9 |
| 9 7 238 | 125 15 23 | 138 4 6 |
|----------------+----------------+----------------|
| 24 246 9 | 128 7 28 | 5 136 123 |
| 3 8 12 | 125 15 6 | 4 9 7 |
| 7 5 126 | 4 3 9 | 126 8 12 |

I found this to be a fun, interesting puzzle. Several different techniques resulted in the same effective deletions but did not seem to directly contribute to a solution. But that endeavor led me to a long, somewhat messy chain.
2r1c1=2r7c1-(2=1)r8c3-r8c5=r6c5-r6c7=(1-3)r5c8=(3-6)r7c8=r9c7-r9c3=r7c2-(6=3)r4c2-(23=4)r53c2-(4=2)r1c1; 2r1c1
A shorter version of similar logic is
anp(6=24)r7c21-(2=1)r8c3-r8c5=r6c5-r6c7=(1-3)r5c8=(3-6)r7c8=r9c7; -6r7c8, r9c3
Ted
[Edited one time to add second version of solution] |

(3=2)r1c7-(2=4)r1c1-(4=1283)r7c1469 => -3r1c9; stte
If r1c7 is not a 3 then r7c9 is a 3

A similar solution: Code: | |--------------|---------------|-----------------|
|(24) 9 5 | 6 8 1 |(23) 7 24-3 |
| 6 1 7 | 3 2 4 | 9 5 8 |

| 9 7 238 | 1258 15 238 | 138 4 6 |
|--------------|---------------|-----------------|
|(24) 2(46) 9 | 128 7 28 | 5 1(36) 12(3)|
| 3 8 12 | 125 15 6 | 4 9 7 |
