Clement,
I appreciate you posting this. I will be traveling three of the next four weeks, and will have limited access to find and post the Freep puzzles.
The really interesting news is that I will be in Vienna next month and may meet Nataraj!

Thanks a lot keith and Marty for your appreciation of my posting the puzzle. In your absence keith, I will try my best to post the interesting Free Press puzzles.
For this one I used the following chain:-
(5=6)r1c6-(6=5)r1c7=6r2c7-(6=59)r2c13 locked set => r2c5<>5. I don't know its name. |

I don't know what its name is either, but I'd make a change in notation, although admittedly I'm no expert. But the 2nd term doesn't lead into the 3rd term clearly. I would've written the first three terms as:
(5=6)r1c6-r1c7=r2c7... |
