				| There is a swordfish on 4 that solves it.  The X-wing on 4 does not.

 The XY-wing takes out 4 in R7C9, which solves it without transport.

 Yes, I noticed. As I do all too often, I just eyeballed what the XY-Wing took out without checking more carefully and reached an incorrect conclusion.

 one "advanced" move — could be Swordfish 4
 ( followed by a couple of "basic" moves: "naked" duos )
 
but amusing to note:
 Swordfish + X-wing (same digit, same time)
 solves the puzzle ( without those "naked" duos )
