I can solve it by guessing a square and then proceeding until either it breaks or solves, but I figure there must be a method to move on from this point, but I've tried all of the ones that I can think of and can't move past this point.

Look at the 7's in block 7 (lower left corner) they are both in column 3. This locks a 7 in column 3 and you can remove the 7 in r2c3. Rest is singles.
