I would appreciate any help with this one please. When I put this into DRAW and click HINT it gives r9c6 = 9. Why is this so?

| There is a naked pair 59 in column 2, so r9c2 cannot be 9. |

Hallo nuages
A longer explanation (ravel was quicker):
The 6 in col9 forces row6 to have its 6 in box4.
Thus there won't be a 6 in the rest of box4.
This includes r5c2, leaving it with only {5,9} as possibilities.
Then because r8c2 is also constrained to {5,9},
no other cells in col2 will be 5 or 9.
This affects row9, leaving no choice as to where a 9 can go. |
